We conduct two types of inspections during construction on your basement.
- City inspections with the building inspector: These are required by the city. These periodic inspections are to ensure that all building codes and safety features are fully implemented in your basement.
- Inspections for quality: These inspections are with you and your project manager. At each phase of construction we inspect the components installed to insure that you are happy with the quality and workmanship. We’ll only proceed to the next phase when you’re completely satisfied with the work.
